1:A ADVENT IDAG Igår hann jag som väntat inte hälften av allt som planerades kvällen innan. Men det gör faktiskt ingenting. Julstjärnorna lyser i fönstren och det första ljuset brinner i adventsstaken. Det enda som grämer mig lite är att jag inte hann med att ta fram kameran igår och ta några bilder i det fina dagsljuset. Det är ju som bekant väldigt få ljusa timmar dessa dagar så man måste passa på. Idag ser det väldigt grått ut än så länge. Fridas sobert grå bild med vackert mjukt ljus inspirerade till dagens grå tema. Grått är min favoritfärg, så även om jag önskar mig en gnistrande vit och snötyngd jul i år så har vi en grå bas i mycket här hemma. Fint med strukturer av olika slag, rå betong, tvättat linne, sammet, stickat - och vem skulle säga nej till en Ägget i grått filttyg. Naturinslag som renskinn och (omålade) kottar är fint till det grå. (Jag torkar mina kottfynd i den grå zinkljusstaken, innan de är dags för ett lager vit färg....) Seså, hög tid att dra igång söndagen. Lussebullebak, knattehockeymatch, och eftermiddagsfika med goa kompisar. Det blir en fin dag! Kram Yesterday I did, as expected, not half of all planned the night before. But it is actually doing nothing. The star lights in the windows and the first candle is burning in the Advent candlestick.The only thing that grieves me a bit is that I did not have time to draw up my camera yesterday and take some pictures in the beautiful natural light.It is as we know, very few daylight hours these days so you havetake the opportunity. Today it looks very gray out so far. Frida's sober gray image with beautiful soft light inspired today's gray theme. Grey is my favorite color, so even if I wish fora sparkling white and snow-covered Christmas this year we have a gray base in much at home. Nicely with the structures of various kinds, raw concrete, washed linen, velvet, knitwear - and who would say no to an Egg chair in grey felt.Natural features such as reindeer hides and (unpainted) cones are fine against the greyscale.(I'm drying my cones findings in the gray zinc candlestick, before the time comesfor a layer of white paint ....)Come, now is the time to start up this Sunday. Saffron buns baking, junior hockey game,and afternoon tea with sweet friends .
