A quiet design week is over. And I summarize my personal selection of favorites presented recently. Verk presented a collection of sustainable and locally produced furniture and details. I really like the table V: DE.02 and also some fine glass vases in irregular shapes. See them and more here at Verk. Table V.DE.02 from Verk Swedeses Saova table Beautiful shape and expression in Swedeses new table, designed by Sakari Hartikaninen. Lamps by Veer Makers Veermakers installation at Grand Relations was one of the exhibitions I actually visit myself during the week. (Together with the installation by Bonnibonne X Dry Studios in my previous post). The Lamps and Hug table are my personal favorites from their exklusive collection of furniture and details. No 7 from Cappelen Dimyr So inspired by Cappelen Dimyr's ability to constantly deliver designs that exceed already high expectations. This is now my new favorite rug from their collection. I had their No 3 in mind for my new home. A home that lacks character and needs a lot of texture and emotion. No 7 will do the job even more. Huge Rug Love. This is exactly what I need: "The soft irregular pattern of highs and lows creates a vivid and intriguing feel. The rug is in 100% natural and un bleached New Zeeland wool in a soft creme beige. Bold chunky tassels frames the the rug in an arty and ethnic way." The collaboration between DUX and Carl Hansen & Son, presenting this timeless MB0555 bed drawn by Borge Mogensen. BM0555 Bed for the timless bedroom Oglands Organic Mulberry Silk The Beauty pillow in organic Mulberry Silk is my must-have personal favorite of late after trying out this Anti-aging pillow case from Ogland. So soft. The silky texture is kind to the hair and helps the skin retain moisture. My hair and skin need all the help they can get this time of year. Kizu table lamp in grey. Among the news from New Works you can find this updated version of the Kizu lamp with grey marble, Gris du Marais. Forever loving the varm greys together with neutrals and natural texture. Wood, wood and dark wood. The natural brown hue in Ballingslövs Wood Oak with a light brown stain adds a warm and timeless touch to the interior. Ballingslöv Wood Oak Stain light brown Winter lovin´ Best of now. The white winter days. A pic from the other day, cross-country skiing at the golf course right outside our house. Today, the same procedure in full sun. This is the perfect winter if you ask me. And I will miss this soooo much. To have the skis standing outside the door. Sunday hugs.
